The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Ragnar Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 28th minute, Ragnar Blom made a precise shot to the right of Johnny Molin. Östavall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ragnar Blom in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johnny Molin saved Östavall from getting behind. After having played for 37 minutes, Ragnar Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stig-Åke Ahlstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Östavall's Johnny Molin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Östavall from getting a goal against them. If Folke Flinck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Östavall's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
