Henrik Engström charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Engström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Asarum's Henrik Engström got a free kick in the 6th minute. Michel Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Örtlund in the 9th minute of the match. Douglas Käcker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Engström in the 12th minute of play. When Karl-Magnus Nyberg fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asarum's protests and gave Karl-Magnus Nyberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Asarum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. David Heggert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Michel Duset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Robert Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Örtlund in the 30th minute of the match. Douglas Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Engström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Asarum's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Örtlund came free, but Michel Duset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Heggert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Algot Melberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Robert Jernberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Magnus Nyberg to make the kick off. If Emil Myr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Michel Duset made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Emil Myr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Michel Duset made a huge save. A collision led to Asarum getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Magnus Gunnarsson hit a great ball. After 76 minutes, Erik Bengtsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asarum and the BK Nerysminne players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BK Nerysminne booed when Asarum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Engström scored 1-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Douglas Käcker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. BK Nerysminne played a much better game than Asarum and deserved their victory. The Asarum players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
