The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Albins Kamrater got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Strandberg. The long shot by Alf Lindblom in the 6th minute really tested Nils Wall's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Wallin in the 9th minute of play forced Bibbi Bonkers's goalkeeper Lillebror Gris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Albins Kamrater's Lars Linberg in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bibbi Bonkers's goalie prevented a goal. Albins Kamrater's Lars Linberg got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Bibbi Bonkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. With 20 minutes on the clock, Richard Axelsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 21st minute Lars Linberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lillebror Gris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bibbi Bonkers booed when Albins Kamrater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Linberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Wallin in the 28th minute of play forced Bibbi Bonkers's goalkeeper Lillebror Gris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albins Kamrater's Nils Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torkel Bajs in the 32nd minute of play. Lillebror Gris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakarias Wallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Bibbi Bonkers's Lillebror Gris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Linberg in the 41st minute of play. Arvid Linberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the game, Torkel Bajs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nils Wall. Torkel Bajs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 58th minute Karl-Oskar Albohm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lillebror Gris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bibbi Bonkers's Lillebror Gris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Albohm in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Sakarias Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albins Kamrater's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakarias Wallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lillebror Gris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Albins Kamrater's Lars Linberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 69th minute, but Lillebror Gris got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Bibbi Bonkers hanging dry this time. The throw-in from Thomas Hellström in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bibbi Bonkers's Gamal Bajs. After some careless play in the Bibbi Bonkers defense, Sakarias Wallin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lillebror Gris. The Bibbi Bonkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lillebror Gris should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Lars Linberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lillebror Gris. The goal made the score 1-3. After 82 minutes, Sakarias Wallin made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Bibbi Bonkers's Lillebror Gris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Torkel Bajs fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bibbi Bonkers's protests and gave Torkel Bajs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Torkel Bajs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bibbi Bonkers's Lillebror Gris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Bibbi Bonkers from getting a goal against them. 1-5 became the score in the 88th minute when Sakarias Wallin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sakarias Wallin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Manfred Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
