In the 11th match minute, IFK Tallkotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Gabrielsson to maneuver through the defense. When Mats Godholm came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Snipers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Godholm couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Lukas Moberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Snipers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Staffan Ekström kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Magne Ryberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Snipers's protests and gave Magne Ryberg a yellow card for diving instead. Olov Groth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Wennerqvist in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when IFK Tallkotte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Hydén didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Lennart Svensson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of IFK Tallkotte's John Zachrisson. John Zachrisson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingvar Vedholm kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Mark Bergfeldt. John Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Godholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Staffan Ekström took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Olov Groth to make any attempt to save it. IFK Tallkotte's John Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Godholm in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Mats Godholm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Snipers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Tallkotte the free kick. Mats Godholm kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Ralf Wennerqvist got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half FC Snipers were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mats Godholm to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Mats Godholm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of John Zachrisson. The goal made the score 1-4. Olov Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Wennerqvist in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Godholm in the 66th minute of play forced IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper John Zachrisson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Zachrisson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Godholm in the 69th minute of the match. IFK Tallkotte's John Zachrisson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Tallkotte from getting a goal against them. Olov Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Wennerqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes of play FC Snipers's Mats Godholm was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th match minute, FC Snipers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Godholm to maneuver through the defense. FC Snipers were furious when Ingvar Vedholm was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, FC Snipers's Ingvar Vedholm got a free kick in the 83rd minute. IFK Tallkotte's Michael Hydén couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Snipers. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when IFK Tallkotte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Ahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joseph Lind was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 96 played minutes IFK Tallkotte got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Lind.
