With a couple of smart ball manuevers Staffan Ekström in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Johnsson saved Lekparken FC from getting behind. After 14 minutes, Joseph Lind mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Tallkotte and the Lekparken FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Billy Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lekparken FC's Ove Engström got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Staffan Ekström came free, but Billy Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Joseph Lind got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Ström in the 25th minute of play forced IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper John Zachrisson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Andreas Klack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Wennerqvist came free, but Billy Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Ström came free, but John Zachrisson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Ström was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Lekparken FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Staffan Ekström made a kick off. Vilgot Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Zachrisson having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ralf Wennerqvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Billy Johnsson. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Staffan Ekström notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lekparken FC's Billy Johnsson. Billy Johnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Billy Johnsson made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Staffan Ekström sent off a good shot on target.
