Väderstad FK's Jörgen Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Karlsson in the 5th minute of play. If Linus Erserman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 14 played minutes Väderstad FK got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Sundling. Sixten Bäckman kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Johannes Åström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jörgen Paulin. The goal made the score 1-0. Sixten Bäckman kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Cosmopolitan FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mattias Pihlgren hit a great ball. Gustaf Berggren got in the 32nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jörgen Paulin handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaf Berggren in the 34th minute of play forced Väderstad FK's goalkeeper Jörgen Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When David Kvick fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cosmopolitan FC's protests and gave David Kvick a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Cosmopolitan FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Väderstad FK:s goal. Jörgen Paulin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes Åström went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Knut Bäckman made a kick off. Knut Bäckman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tim Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Väderstad FK's Jörgen Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Frisck in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Väderstad FK booed when Cosmopolitan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Pihlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Åström took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Paulin. Jörgen Paulin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 68 minutes into the game, Cosmopolitan FC's Johannes Åström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörgen Paulin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Johannes Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 played minutes Väderstad FK got a freekick which was hit by Knut Bäckman. Frans Ålberg's late challenge caught a Väderstad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frans Ålberg helped the player get up and apologised. Frans Ålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Johannes Åström struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Jörgen Paulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosmopolitan FC. In the 86th match minute, Cosmopolitan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Berggren to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes of play Cosmopolitan FC's Frans Ålberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Cosmopolitan FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Frans Ålberg hit a great ball. Väderstad FK's Linus Erserman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Josef Karlsson in the 93 minute of the game. Cosmopolitan FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Väderstad FK for a fine match.
