In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Cosmopolitan FC. David Kvick stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fabian Holmgren. 1-0. A hard shot 10 in the game by Johannes Åström from a close distance when the talented Fabian Holmgren managed to make a qualified save. BK Falcon's players were relieved. In the 13th minute Egon Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Löv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johannes Åströms short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Fabian Holmgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Johannes Åström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Holmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. BK Falcon's Fabian Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save BK Falcon from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ragnar Damm during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to BK Falcon getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ragnar Damm hit a great ball. Tim Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Wennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Erik Wennersten in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Löv saved Cosmopolitan FC from getting behind. Tim Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Erik Wennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Per-Erik Wennersten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Löv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Erik Wennersten made a kick off. BK Falcon's Per-Erik Wennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Erik Wennersten's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tim Löv firmly grabbed it by the left post. Egon Jonsson struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Tim Löv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Falcon. BK Falcon's Christian Björkkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tim Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Björkkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wiktor Helander hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Per-Erik Wennersten came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the BK Falcon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Erik Wennersten couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 77 in the game by Per-Erik Wennersten from a close distance when the talented Tim Löv managed to make a qualified save. Cosmopolitan FC's players were relieved. Per-Erik Wennerstens short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Tim Löv to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Per-Erik Wennersten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Tim Löv made a huge save. BK Falcon's Fabian Holmgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Åström in the 92nd minute of play. If Per-Erik Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
