Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA VIOLA the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Alexander Hedkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Di Röe's Henry Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Josefsson in the 5th minute of play. After 9 played minutes, LA VIOLA's Harry Galle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henry Forsberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LA VIOLA reached it. In the 12th minute, Isac Norström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Marc Eklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niclas Svanberg was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 17th match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Eklund to maneuver through the defense. Isac Norström kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gunnar Åkesson hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Di Röe's Marc Eklund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niclas Svanberg. Niclas Svanberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Tommy Dahlkvist struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Henry Forsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA VIOLA. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Marc Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Di Röe's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Eklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Svanberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc Eklund in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niclas Svanberg saved LA VIOLA from getting behind. LA VIOLA's Niclas Svanberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. Manfred Josefsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LA VIOLA's Manfred Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Grep came free, but Henry Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Dahlkvist was the one to do the kick off. Henry Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Dahlkvist in the 51st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dag Hagström during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dag Hagström hit a great ball. Alexander Hedkvist hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60thth minute of the game Albert Nyman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA VIOLA's Niclas Svanberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isac Norström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Albert Nyman came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Di Röe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Nyman couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Manfred Josefsson made a precise shot to the right of Henry Forsberg. Di Röe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Albert Nyman struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Niclas Svanberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Di Röe. Marc Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Håkan Dalberg got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Albert Nyman made a precise shot to the right of Niclas Svanberg. LA VIOLA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Albert Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in LA VIOLA's zone, Isac Norström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Svanberg came out of the goal and Isac Norström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Di Röe had played much better football throughout.
