After some careless play in the FC Copiad defense, Kia Motor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Håkansson. The FC Copiad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Håkansson should have stopped the shot. Daniel Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kia Motor in the 14th minute of play. Charlie Ekerot scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Håkansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Copiad booed when FC Kurdistan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Lekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Copiad's Daniel Håkansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Martinsson in the 28th minute of play. When Charlie Ekerot came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FC Kurdistan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charlie Ekerot couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Karl-Axel Liljeström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Copiad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Mikael Granström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Dalkvist in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Jonas Högberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Daniel Håkansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henric Martinsson was the one to do the kick off. FC Kurdistan's Mikael Granström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Dalkvist in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Copiad's Daniel Håkansson got control of the ball when Henric Martinsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute Charlie Ekerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alvar Bengtsson fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Copiad's protests and gave Alvar Bengtsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Copiad getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Alvar Bengtsson hit a great ball. FC Kurdistan's Karl Eliasson was substituted for Nicklas Dalkvist. Alvar Bengtsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Henric Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henric Martinsson in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daniel Håkansson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, FC Copiad's Brian Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Henric Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kurdistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Henric Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Håkansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henric Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Daniel Håkansson made a huge save. 84 minutes into the game, Allan Isaksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kurdistan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Copiad the free kick. Allan Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Copiad's Daniel Håkansson got control of the ball when Henric Martinsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henric Martinsson got free with Daniel Håkansson in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92ndth minute of the game Henric Martinsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Copiad's Daniel Håkansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Kurdistan played a much better game than FC Copiad and deserved their victory. The FC Copiad players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
