In the 13th minute Mathias Dahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Forssberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixten Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Browald in the 15th minute of play. Petter Bergström charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petter Bergström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Petter Bergström kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Snett★inåt★bakåt's Svante Forssberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Snett★inåt★bakåt from getting a goal against them. Joachim Granqvist hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Peace Home Street Boys's Charles Julin got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Rune Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Peace Home Street Boys booed when Snett★inåt★bakåt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Ennegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inge Flinck to make the kick off. In the 62nd match minute, Peace Home Street Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Åberg to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Peace Home Street Boys's Eric Gallin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peace Home Street Boys's goalkeeper Sixten Molander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peace Home Street Boys were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Snett★inåt★bakåt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Inge Flinck took the corner. When Charles Julin came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Peace Home Street Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Julin couldn't finish the play. Sixten Molander came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Snett★inåt★bakåt's Vilhelm Bergström. But to his dismay, Vilhelm Bergström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joachim Granqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Snett★inåt★bakåt's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
