Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claes Grubb started the match with the kick off. Helge Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Grubb in the 3rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingvar Waller during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ingvar Waller hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Malte Gerdberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunkens Surtröjor's supporters rose to their feet, but Malte Gerdberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Sjöman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christoffer Dahlquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Helge Bäckström made a huge save. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Otto Jonasson sped through Sunkens Surtröjor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Helge Bäckström. Viktor Sjöman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agne Isaksson in the 14th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Marcus Klementsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sunkens Surtröjor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newcastle United F.C. the free kick. In the 24th minute, Marcus Klementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Sunkens Surtröjor defense, Otto Jonasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helge Bäckström. The Sunkens Surtröjor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helge Bäckström should have stopped the shot. After 29 minutes of play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Agne Isaksson made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viktor Sjöman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Marcus Klementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helge Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claes Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Västlund came free, but Helge Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helge Bäckström made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Claes Grubb sent off a good shot on target. During the 38th minute of the match Ingvar Waller completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ingvar Waller a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 38 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Waller. Sunkens Surtröjor's Helge Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Dahlquist in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Claes Grubb dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Helge Bäckström, 3-1. After 45 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by Jesper Håkansson.

The wind increased when Jesper Håkansson made the kick off in the second half. Viktor Sjöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claes Grubb scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helge Bäckström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Newcastle United F.C.'s goalkeeper Viktor Sjöman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Grubb in the 65th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Helge Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Johan Lekberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Edward Ahlqvist struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Helge Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newcastle United F.C.. Helge Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Jonasson in the 68th minute of play. Malte Gerdberg charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malte Gerdberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Newcastle United F.C. booed when Sunkens Surtröjor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Gerdberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sunkens Surtröjor's Helge Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Jonasson in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Simon Västlund notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Sunkens Surtröjor's Helge Bäckström. Helge Bäckström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Karl-Johan Lekberg got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute of the match Edward Ahlqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Helge Bäckström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United F.C.'s zone, Agne Isaksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Sjöman came out of the goal and Agne Isaksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viktor Sjöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sunkens Surtröjor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Newcastle United F.C..
