Dallen Fc's Bengt Blomberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carl Bergvall, made in the 14th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, Smurfarna's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Runeberg came free, but Bertil Hammarbäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Hammarbäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Törnkvist in the 19th minute of the match. Bertil Hammarbäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Törnkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Gustaf Ingvall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Hammarbäck. Smurfarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaf Ingvall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Bertil Hammarbäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobias Runeberg went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Bertil Hammarbäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Ingvall in the 34th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Dennis Vestberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smurfarna and the Dallen Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Smurfarna's Dennis Vestberg got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Tobias Runeberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dallen Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Mattias Grelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Dallen Fc's goalkeeper Åke Bergström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tord Björkqvist. After the first half Dallen Fc were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Runeberg was the one to do the kick off. Bertil Hammarbäck came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustaf Ingvall slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 66th minute. Patrik Anselius got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Patrik Anselius hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Bertil Hammarbäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Törnkvist went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute, Tobias Runeberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Hammarbäck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Tobias Runeberg took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertil Hammarbäck. Bertil Hammarbäck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Tobias Runeberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bertil Hammarbäck came out and tried to block the shot, but Tobias Runeberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 86th minute. Smurfarna's Dennis Vestberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Dennis Vestberg off the ground. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Smurfarna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dallen Fc:s goal. In the 94th minute of the game, Dallen Fc got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Dallen Fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
