In the 2nd minute, Paul Klementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute Tony Hedberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Månsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Billesholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Åkerman to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Carl Ström made a precise shot to the right of Melker Barck. Billesholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 20th minute, Edvin Rolandsson made a precise shot to the right of Melker Barck. Billesholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 25 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Blomberg. A collision led to Wrexham A.F.C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Carl Ström hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Tony Hedberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Folke Månsson. Tony Hedberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 33rd minute Gunnar Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Barck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melker Barck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jan Fagerberg fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Billesholm's protests and gave Jan Fagerberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Jan Fagerberg got a free kick in the 40th minute. Folke Månsson made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Tony Hedberg sent off a good shot on target. The Billesholm players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wrexham A.F.C. were winning 1-2.

In the 55th minute Gunnar Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Barck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Månsson came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Billesholm's Tony Hedberg. But to his dismay, Tony Hedberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 65th match minute, Wrexham A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Malm to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Wrexham A.F.C.'s Karl-Johan Lund got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes, Billesholm's Leonard Gallin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Folke Månsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Billesholm reached it. Folke Månsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Wallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Åkerman struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Folke Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billesholm. Oskar Kilman hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The Wrexham A.F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Billesholm from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
