Kjell Grönberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patric Persson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Molander in the 26th minute of play forced Stakbröte's goalkeeper Rutger Cane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Stakbröte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. Per-Åke Nordstedt scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rutger Cane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Stakbröte players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zlatan BK were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Algot Danielsson made the kick off in the second half. Kjell Grönberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor Trillkott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Oliver Molander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Cane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stakbröte's Algot Danielsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Zlatan BK booed when Stakbröte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Browall didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Zlatan BK's Oliver Molander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rutger Cane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th match minute, Stakbröte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kim Ahlberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th match minute, Stakbröte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Verner Sundin to maneuver through the defense. Rutger Cane was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Rudolf Ekeroth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rudolf Ekeroth really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2.
