Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) In the 16th minute, Magne Linqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vejbystrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Roy Emander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Jarl Kalfhage notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Wingspan's Mats Eckegren. Mats Eckegren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lars Molander made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Fred Engström sent off a good shot on target. After 39 minutes of play, Vejbystrand's Bengt-Arne Smed made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mats Eckegren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mats Eckegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magne Linqvist went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. A collision led to Vejbystrand getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Karl-Erik Asserlindh hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes, FC Wingspan's Herman Alén shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lars Molander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Wingspan reached it. With his leg Mats Eckegren managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Vejbystrand's Magne Linqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bengt-Arne Smeds short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Mats Eckegren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Jonsson came free, but Lars Molander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Wingspan's Herman Alén got a free kick in the 65th minute. Magne Linqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Mats Eckegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mats Eckegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Kalfhage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Eckegren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 76th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vejbystrand eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
