Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Quintin Funk kicked off to start the match. Black Knights FC's Javier Mayo got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Benjamin Norton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dylan Broussard, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Tyrell Garrison came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benjamin Norton came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the River tu grato nombre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Norton couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoff Hahn in the 16th minute of play forced Black Knights FC's goalkeeper Dylan Broussard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Raphael Barry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes, Geoff Hahn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River tu grato nombre and the Black Knights FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, Javier Mayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jayson Burnett. River tu grato nombre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Mayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Dylan Broussard came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by River tu grato nombre's Benjamin Norton. But to his dismay, Benjamin Norton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 41 played minutes Black Knights FC got a freekick which was hit by Caleb Stahl. After a rather tough play, Black Knights FC's Caleb Stahl got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Jayson Burnett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintin Funk's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The audience was convinced that Quintin Funk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayson Burnett was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Caleb Stahl was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. The supporters of Black Knights FC booed when River tu grato nombre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoff Hahn didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to River tu grato nombre getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Walter Goodwin hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mickey Landreth got free with Jayson Burnett in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bo McIntosh during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bo McIntosh hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Black Knights FC's Dylan Broussard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garth Cao Xiao in the 87th minute of play. Mickey Landreth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. River tu grato nombre had played much better football throughout.
