Nicolas Vilalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Carrasqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Nicolas Vilalobos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro Leme in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Stars Academy's Evandro Neves got a free kick in the 14th minute. Jairo Carrasqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nicolas Vilalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Stars Academy booed when Loures was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Salgueiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match, Jairo Carrasqueira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolas Vilalobos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nivaldo Bulhosa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Nicolas Vilalobos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stars Academy. When Salvador Sobral fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stars Academy's protests and gave Salvador Sobral a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Stars Academy got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Sobral. Jairo Carrasqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Vilalobos having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Loures's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Albuquerque came free, but Nicolas Vilalobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Bento Perdigão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Vilalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Carrasqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Nicolas Vilalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Américo Albuquerque made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Américo Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Vilalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, Stars Academy's Américo Albuquerque made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Vilalobos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Américo Albuquerque scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Vilalobos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Vilalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77thth minute of the game Américo Albuquerque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loures's Nicolas Vilalobos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Américo Albuquerque sped through Loures's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicolas Vilalobos. Jairo Carrasqueira took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Vilalobos. Nicolas Vilalobos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The supporters of Loures booed when Stars Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albérico Bacelar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stars Academy had won after a very even match.
