When Pedro Vilalobos came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC Dezassete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Vilalobos couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dezassete's zone, Artur Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viriato Peixoto came out of the goal and Artur Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artur Azevedo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 25th minute. Loures's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Viriato Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Azevedo in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Loures was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Fiúza to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The crowd rose to their feet as FC Dezassete's Pedro Vilalobos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicolas Vilalobos. That made the score 1-1 after 54 minutes of play. In the 58th minute, Artur Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's Hildeberto Peixoto got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 67th minute Artur Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Viriato Peixoto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loures. If Artur Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's Nélson Rijo got a free kick in the 76th minute. The supporters of Loures booed when FC Dezassete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Lousada didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Loures getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Daniel Fiúza hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Artur Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loures fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There was no doubt that Loures were the better team. Loures's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
