When Vivaldo Camargo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Vilalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Quintas, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Nicolas Vilalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alípio Lima in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Artur Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tutti Mammati's Alípio Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Vilalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Quintas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Mariano Quintas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Vilalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Loures got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Salgueiro. Gervásio Parente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Vilalobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
