Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Belchior Reis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albertino Lobato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute Albertino Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Monteiro came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Esquadrão Lusitano's Pedro Setúbal. But to his dismay, Pedro Setúbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Estrada to maneuver through the defense. When Pedro Setúbal came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Esquadrão Lusitano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Setúbal couldn't finish the play. Albérico Amorim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Monteiro having to make a save. In the 24thth minute of the game Albertino Lobato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bembenfica's José Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes Esquadrão Lusitano got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Fagundes. Serafim Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Lobato in the 28th minute of play forced Bembenfica's goalkeeper José Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Albérico Amorim put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of José Monteiro. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romão Sales during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bembenfica getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Romão Sales hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Pedro Setúbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albertino Lobato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. José Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Albertino Lobato made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertino Lobato during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Esquadrão Lusitano booed when Bembenfica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Mascarenhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 minutes, Albérico Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquadrão Lusitano and the Bembenfica players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Esquadrão Lusitano getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Albérico Amorim hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bembenfica's zone, Albérico Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Monteiro came out of the goal and Albérico Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 minutes, João Aveiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquadrão Lusitano and the Bembenfica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Setúbal to maneuver through the defense. Joaquim Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Albertino Lobato hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Albérico Amorims short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got José Monteiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute Albertino Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Albertino Lobato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg José Monteiro managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Esquadrão Lusitano's Albérico Amorim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Albérico Amorim in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of José Monteiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's Albertino Lobato sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Albertino Lobato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
