Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) SC Freiburg 09's Germano Júdice started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Serafim Salvado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting DoutroMundo's Éder Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting DoutroMundo from getting a goal against them. Aldo Carmona kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 09's Cristiano Pegado got a free kick in the 27th minute. Leonel Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Éder Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Alberto Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Salvado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Salvado came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting DoutroMundo's Álvaro Candeias. But to his dismay, Álvaro Candeias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Jesus was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting DoutroMundo's goalkeeper Éder Almeida, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafim Salvado made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Adalberto Guerreiro sent off a good shot on target. When Leonel Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the SC Freiburg 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Freitas couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sporting DoutroMundo's Aldo Carmona got a free kick in the 73rd minute. SC Freiburg 09's Gil Severiano got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonel Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éder Almeida having to interfere. Leonel Freitas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germano Júdice hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Álvaro Candeias got free with Serafim Salvado in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafim Salvado was a little too slow when Álvaro Candeias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-3. Although SC Freiburg 09 had been in control for most of the match, Sporting DoutroMundo still came away with the win.
