Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Lúcio Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romão Furtado in the 16th minute of play. Tarcísio Santarém hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Romão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Américo Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a freekick which was hit by Josué Pais. Lúcio Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassiano Castanheira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Lemos made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Januário Martins sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cassiano Castanheira sped through Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lúcio Lopes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassiano Castanheira in the 39th minute of play forced Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Lúcio Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Vilarinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassiano Castanheira to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Cassiano Castanheira lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Lúcio Lopes. In the 55th minute Romão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Chihuahua StrikerS™ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Cassiano Castanheira hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zacarias Santos during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zacarias Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Adérito Valverde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chihuahua StrikerS™ the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassiano Castanheira in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lúcio Lopes saved Arrebimba o Malho SLB from getting behind. Ben Fica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Lemos having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chihuahua StrikerS™ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
