Flatline Zombies's Gregoire Zanier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fletcher Fügli in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Tarada getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fletcher Fügli hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Hendrick Seiler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes Flatline Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Thierry Haas. After 16 played minutes Tarada got a freekick which was hit by Erasmus Fries. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hendrick Seiler in the 21st minute of play forced Tarada's goalkeeper Timothee Kuoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Flatline Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Timon Summermatter. Pippin Naumann hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Samuel Stockli scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timothee Kuoni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Stockli charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Stockli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tarada booed when Flatline Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Stockli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tarada's zone, Hendrick Seiler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothee Kuoni came out of the goal and Hendrick Seiler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuel Stockli made a kick off. Timothee Kuoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serge Egger, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Timothee Kuoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hendrick Seiler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Stockli got free with Timothee Kuoni in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Hendrick Seiler took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Timothee Kuoni to make any attempt to save it. In the 67th minute Pippin Naumann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregoire Zanier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregoire Zanier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olympio Bizier in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, one of Tarada:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Flatline Zombies a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hanley Waller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tarada's Timothee Kuoni. 0-3. In the 75th match minute, Tarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fletcher Fügli to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Flatline Zombies's Hendrick Seiler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 81st minute of the match, Samuel Stockli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Timothee Kuoni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 84th match minute, Flatline Zombies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Fabich to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the game, Erasmus Fries cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Gregoire Zanier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Flatline Zombies had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
