Gregoire Zanier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Straumann in the 19th minute of the match. Timon Summermatter kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Claude La Rosa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gregoire Zanier skillfully saved the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Straumann came free, but Gregoire Zanier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Fabich kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Arne Fabich fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flatline Zombies's protests and gave Arne Fabich a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Flatline Zombies's Arne Fabich got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Dino Straumann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juergen Beyeler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flatline Zombies's Arne Fabich got his second yellow card of the match in the 32nd minute. The referee ordered Arne Fabich off the ground. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Flatline Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Fabich didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Tanguay to maneuver through the defense. Gregoire Zanier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dino Straumann's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Straumann came free, but Gregoire Zanier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Serge Egger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flatline Zombies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serge Egger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benoit Theiss during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in THE ROKERY PIMKIS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Hanley Waller put in a rough tackle. Gregoire Zanier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juergen Beyeler went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Gregoire Zanier made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Juergen Beyeler sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Straumann in the 68th minute of play forced Flatline Zombies's goalkeeper Gregoire Zanier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's Serge Egger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gualtier Jetté narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claude La Rosa got free with Gregoire Zanier in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Claudio Tanguay fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE ROKERY PIMKIS's protests and gave Claudio Tanguay a yellow card for diving instead. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Yan Bannwart was substituted for Armin Trasatti. Juergen Beyeler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gregoire Zanier came out and tried to block the shot, but Juergen Beyeler slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 81st minute. Claude La Rosa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gregoire Zanier firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hendrick Seiler's late challenge caught a THE ROKERY PIMKIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hendrick Seiler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Flatline Zombies getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Hendrick Seiler hit a great ball. Gregoire Zanier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Straumann, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Gualtier Jetté made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serge Egger in the 94th minute of play.
