After a defensive mix-up in Hemmersbacher SV's zone, Jakob Micheletto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chip Nick came out of the goal and Jakob Micheletto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Heffliger scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chip Nick, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goalkeeper Chip Nick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakob Micheletto. In the 22nd minute, Martin Heffliger made a precise shot to the right of Chip Nick. Hemmersbacher SV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 26 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Martin Heffliger. With a little luck, Hemmersbacher SV's Chip Nick got control of the ball when Jakob Micheletto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Uetendorf Wanderers booed when Hemmersbacher SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rory Kirsch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Jeker hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Gilberto Jeker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Gilberto Jeker reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chip Nick. The goal made the score 3-0. Hemmersbacher SV's Chip Nick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Hemmersbacher SV from getting a goal against them. Chip Nick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Heffliger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Uetendorf Wanderers getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bernie Kuoni hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Uetendorf Wanderers getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Martin Heffliger hit a great ball. If Valentiano Freitag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the game, Martin Heffliger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Chip Nick was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceddric Kreienbühl kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Emennegger got free with Gerard Barth in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ceddric Kreienbühl's late challenge caught a Uetendorf Wanderers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ceddric Kreienbühl helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Hemmersbacher SV got a freekick which was hit by Ceddric Kreienbühl. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uetendorf Wanderers had played much better football throughout.
