Frederick Wertscher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janosch Bluom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederick Wertscher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fire Devils. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Winkel made a kick off. Lukas Cikaluk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vladimir Schnyder. Fire Devils's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 96thth minute of the game Daniel Winkel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ämmer Sportfreaks's Frederick Wertscher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
