But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Domini couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Emennegger in the 10th minute of play forced B O B I S A's goalkeeper Gates Boeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. B O B I S A's Edgar Domini got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Domini came free, but Chip Nick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Jud Spieler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gates Boeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Edgar Domini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Chip Nick was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Domini in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chip Nick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Fabiano Emennegger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hemmersbacher SV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to B O B I S A getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Nino Forcucci hit a great ball. Jud Spieler succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Hemmersbacher SV's Chip Nick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Domini in the 38th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabiano Emennegger to make the kick off. Chip Nick made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Edgar Domini sent off a good shot on target. If Jud Spieler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Edgar Domini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chip Nick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raoul Kempf's late challenge caught a B O B I S A's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raoul Kempf helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hemmersbacher SV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Raoul Kempf hit a great ball. Chip Nick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Domini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Domini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Chip Nick made a huge save. Edgar Domini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chip Nick having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Hemmersbacher SV got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Emennegger. Edgar Domini hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Sean Wermelinger fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored B O B I S A's protests and gave Sean Wermelinger a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Sean Wermelinger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severin Nussbaum struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gates Boeck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hemmersbacher SV. After 91 minutes, Fabiano Emennegger made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. B O B I S A's Gates Boeck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabiano Emennegger in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gates Boeck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hemmersbacher SV's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
