Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Bradaigh Silke started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Pembroke McPaul made a precise shot to the right of Lewy McJon. St. James Gate F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Bradaigh Silke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lewy McJon was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Bil McPhilip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bivadi McJohnny was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Uí Fergusa's Bradaigh Silke in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye St. James Gate F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Uí Fergusa's goal looked a bit too open when Bil McPhilip came free, but Bivadi McJohnny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bil McPhilip received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bivadi McJohnny came out and tried to block the shot, but Bil McPhilip slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 36th minute. Uí Fergusa's Bivadi McJohnny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Uí Fergusa from getting a goal against them. Lewy McJon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradaigh Silke, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Herygh Prunty charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herygh Prunty the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herygh Prunty to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Bil McPhilip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. St. James Gate F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uí Fergusa the free kick. After a rather tough play, St. James Gate F.C.'s Bil McPhilip got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, Uí Fergusa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bradaigh Silke to maneuver through the defense. After 59 minutes of play, Uí Fergusa's Bradaigh Silke made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lewy McJon was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Herygh Prunty came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the St. James Gate F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herygh Prunty couldn't finish the play. Herygh Prunty took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bivadi McJohnny. Bivadi McJohnny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Lewy McJon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bradaigh Silke in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Bradner Ryan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. St. James Gate F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uí Fergusa the free kick. A collision led to St. James Gate F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bradner Ryan hit a great ball. Bradaigh Silke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Lewy McJon made a huge save. When Dugan Doherty came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Uí Fergusa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dugan Doherty couldn't finish the play. When Bradaigh Silke came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Uí Fergusa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradaigh Silke couldn't finish the play. St. James Gate F.C.'s Bradner Ryan got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Bradner Ryan off the ground. Bradner Ryan kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Uí Fergusa's Peadair Dempsey got a free kick in the 94th minute. The St. James Gate F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Uí Fergusa's performance. The match ended with a win for Uí Fergusa.
