Ahmed Al-Jazairia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iskandar Laycock in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Phenomenals FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asiz Koh was slow to take the kick. During this time Oakham's players had a chance to rest. Oakham's Asiz Koh was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ahmed Al-Jazairia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Danish Henderson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmed Al-Jazairia was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 12 minutes in the game, Chih Yahia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Daniel Seah having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Cheb Hemdani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phenomenals FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheb Hemdani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Seah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oakham's Daniel Seah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fawzi Drioueche in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Chih Yahia came free, but Daniel Seah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Phenomenals FC's Chih Yahia in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oakham's goalie prevented a goal. Fawzi Drioueche's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daniel Seah firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 34th minute Chih Yahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chih Yahia's late challenge caught a Oakham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chih Yahia helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmed Al-Jazairia came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Iskandar Laycock. But to his dismay, Iskandar Laycock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Daniel Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fawzi Drioueche, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Cheb Hemdani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Seah having to interfere. Ahmed Al-Jazairia came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Iskandar Laycock. But to his dismay, Iskandar Laycock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chih Yahia to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chih Yahia in the 51st minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Daniel Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Al-Jazairia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danish Henderson in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Phenomenals FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iskandar Laycock came free, but Ahmed Al-Jazairia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 played minutes Phenomenals FC got a freekick which was hit by René Djamel. After 58 played minutes, Oakham's Asiz Koh shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ahmed Al-Jazairia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oakham reached it. In the 59th minute, Merlin Tian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iskandar Laycock hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 62 played minutes, Phenomenals FC's Boughera Boutabout shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Seah came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phenomenals FC reached it. Phenomenals FC's Ahmed Al-Jazairia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iskandar Laycock in the 63rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Iskandar Chian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oakham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Phenomenals FC the free kick. Iskandar Chian kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Oakham defense, Cheb Hemdani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Seah. The Oakham fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Seah should have stopped the shot. Daniel Seah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fawzi Drioueche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chih Yahia in the 82nd minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Daniel Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Al-Jazairia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskandar Laycock in the 88th minute of the match. Phenomenals FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Iskandar Laycock scored to the left of an out of position Ahmed Al-Jazairia, making the score, 1-4. Oakham's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
