The crowd rose to their feet as Hamzah Al Safi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlton Woodyat. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Hamzah Al Safi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Carlton Woodyat made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamzah Al Safi in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlton Woodyat saved AMAZON DU DAHOMEY from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, Jonny Astridge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Líbano the free kick. In the 40th match minute, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Astridge to maneuver through the defense.
