Sahat Suwondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Syahril Rungkat having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Gala's Zulkarnaen Rusandi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hanif Al-Habsy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yusril Habibie during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Yusril Habibie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warsidi Sumpena kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Zulkarnaen Rusandi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hanif Al-Habsy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdani Supit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sedef Mehmet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, RED SHARK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yanyan Noor to maneuver through the defense. Hanif Al-Habsy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sedef Mehmet in the 33rd minute. Hanif Subarkah kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Syahril Rungkat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sahat Suwondo went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honestra Guritno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Zulkarnaen Rusandi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gala's supporters rose to their feet, but Zulkarnaen Rusandi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hanif Al-Habsy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Hanif Al-Habsy managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Gala's Sedef Mehmet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dedi Sujatmiko to make the kick off. Syahril Rungkat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rahmad Mandagi in the 54th minute. Boyke Sulaiman hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sahat Suwondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Syahril Rungkat having to interfere. After 61 played minutes RED SHARK FC got a freekick which was hit by Sahat Suwondo. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Sedef Mehmet managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zulkarnaen Rusandi in the 67th minute of play forced RED SHARK FC's goalkeeper Hanif Al-Habsy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sobur Betay hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sedef Mehmet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hanif Al-Habsy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sedef Mehmet's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Gala's Syahril Rungkat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Gala from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sedef Mehmet in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hanif Al-Habsy saved RED SHARK FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zulkarnaen Rusandi in the 90th minute of play forced RED SHARK FC's goalkeeper Hanif Al-Habsy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, RED SHARK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zulkarnaen Rusandi came free, but Hanif Al-Habsy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RED SHARK FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
