Nagrand's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gala the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Rudy Yi-Sheng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Zulkarnaen Rusandi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alam Dyce was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Zulkarnaen Rusandi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alam Dyce. When Zulkarnaen Rusandi fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gala's protests and gave Zulkarnaen Rusandi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gala's Zulkarnaen Rusandi got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute Zulkarnaen Rusandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alam Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nagrand's Alam Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedef Mehmet in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Sedef Mehmet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alam Dyce. Nagrand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sedef Mehmet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to Nagrand getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rudy Yi-Sheng hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Aban Adnyana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alam Dyce skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Didi Chandran got free with Syahril Rungkat in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nagrand getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rudy Yi-Sheng hit a great ball. Aban Adnyana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sedef Mehmet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alam Dyce made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Zulkarnaen Rusandi sent off a good shot on target. Yusril Habibie kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Didi Chandran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Syahril Rungkat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Alam Dyce managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Gala's Zulkarnaen Rusandi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ali Chai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gala getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Hamdani Supit hit a great ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Didi Chandran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gala's Syahril Rungkat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Didi Chandran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Syahril Rungkat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nagrand's Alam Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedef Mehmet in the 71st minute of play. In the 78th minute, Didi Chandran made a precise shot to the right of Syahril Rungkat. Gala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Zulkarnaen Rusandis short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Alam Dyce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nagrand's Alam Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedef Mehmet in the 85th minute of play. Sedef Mehmet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Alam Dyce made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Nagrand's goal looked a bit too open when Sedef Mehmet came free, but Alam Dyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Gala's Alam Dyce threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sedef Mehmet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
