Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rogério Apalanga started the match with the kick off. Didi Chandran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alam Dyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Camarinha, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 9th minute, Didi Chandran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Nagrand getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Nicholas Soon hit a great ball. Marcelo Novais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskandar Phua in the 23rd minute of the match. The Set Fire fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Set Fire's Emílio Camarinha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Didi Chandran took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Novais. Marcelo Novais dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Emílio Camarinha came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Set Fire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emílio Camarinha couldn't finish the play. Rogério Apalanga was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Set Fire's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Nagrand's Alam Dyce got control of the ball when Rogério Apalanga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Emílio Camarinha came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Set Fire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emílio Camarinha couldn't finish the play. After 42 played minutes Nagrand got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Soon. Sarb Pillai made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Didi Kool. After the first half Nagrand were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 56th minute of the match Didi Kool shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Novais showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alam Dyce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emílio Camarinha went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Nagrand booed when Set Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivó Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's Neide De Matos got a free kick in the 74th minute. Marcelo Novais was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Didi Kool capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Didi Kool really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Didi Chandran scored 2-4 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Novais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alam Dyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Camarinha in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Nagrand left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Set Fire.
