Gala's Syahril Rungkat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudy Yi-Sheng in the 9th minute of play. Iskandar Phua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Syahril Rungkat having to interfere. Alam Dyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aban Adnyana, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Aban Adnyana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gala's supporters rose to their feet, but Aban Adnyana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alam Dyce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Didi Chandran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Nagrand booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zulkarnaen Rusandi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Iskandar Phua made the kick off in the second half. Sobur Betay hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Zulkarnaen Rusandi notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Nagrand's Alam Dyce. Alam Dyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alam Dyce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zulkarnaen Rusandi in the 68th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Iskandar Phua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagrand's supporters rose to their feet, but Iskandar Phua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
