After a defensive mix-up in Suleskard's zone, Jan-Frode Sørby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffer Smestad came out of the goal and Jan-Frode Sørby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Saga TF getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Edvin Hodneland hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Skadberg in the 30th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Henrik Langholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Tor-Henrik Rosenlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Henrik Langholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odd Sandven in the 38th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Henrik Langholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrik Langholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odd Sandven in the 41st minute of the match. Saga TF's Henrik Langholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvik Sundt in the 42nd minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 48th minute when Tor-Henrik Rosenlund elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Saga TF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Suleskard were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Tor-Henrik Rosenlund made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Garberg to maneuver through the defense. Josef Dyngeland made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Odd Sandven however managed to control. In the 60th minute, Suleskard's Tor-Henrik Rosenlund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henrik Langholm. Henrik Langholm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Saga TF's Henrik Langholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Skadberg in the 71st minute of play. Henrik Langholm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Skadberg went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Suleskard's Jørund Bruun got a free kick in the 78th minute. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Langholm. Henrik Langholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 95 minutes into the match, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Saga TF's Henrik Langholm. Henrik Langholm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
