Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when John-Edvin Olstad took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Kjønstad BF's Brede Rømo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Brede Rømo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kjønstad BF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Brede Rømo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Dum Dum Boys Athletics getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jim Torsvik hit a great ball. Christoffer Bjørnsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Haug in the 8th minute. Gabriel Fedje hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jon Fischer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kjønstad BF's Stig-Inge Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Edvin Olstad in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Hans-Martin Nedregård hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stian Bergseng hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Kjønstad BF's Jon Fischer shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christoffer Bjørnsen but with some difficulty. In the 29th minute, Hans-Martin Nedregård hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jim Torsvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Stig-Inge Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Hans-Martin Nedregård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Inge Nordmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Remøy hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philip Sjøberg during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dum Dum Boys Athletics getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jim Torsvik hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Haug stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Dum Dum Boys Athletics booed when Kjønstad BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Fischer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Kjønstad BF's Jon Fischer got a free kick in the 59th minute. Kjønstad BF's Stig-Inge Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aksel Holm in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Stian Bergseng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John-Edvin Olstads short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Stig-Inge Nordmark to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 78th minute Christian Haug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Bjørnsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Andreas Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kjønstad BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christoffer Bjørnsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Sjøberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Dum Dum Boys Athletics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans-Martin Nedregård to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match Jon Fischer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christoffer Bjørnsen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
