A collision led to Dum Dum Boys Athletics getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jim Torsvik hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Erik Raastad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POPODARA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Raastad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Klakegg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aksel Holm's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The supporters of Dum Dum Boys Athletics booed when POPODARA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Nakken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game John-Edvin Olstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POPODARA F.C's Jon Klakegg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Schøyen during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes POPODARA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dan Trøan. Jon Klakegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John-Edvin Olstad in the 28th minute of the match. Asbjørn Eira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that John-Edvin Olstad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon Klakegg was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, John-Edvin Olstad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Klakegg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Raastad made a kick off. Jon Klakegg made an important save on a dangerous shot by John-Edvin Olstad in the 54th minute. Jon Klakegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aksel Holm in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's John-Edvin Olstad made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jon Klakegg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jon Klakegg made an important save on a dangerous shot by John-Edvin Olstad in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aksel Holm in the 64th minute of play forced POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Jon Klakegg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. POPODARA F.C's Jon Klakegg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save POPODARA F.C from getting a goal against them. After 90 minutes, Mats Diallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the POPODARA F.C and the Dum Dum Boys Athletics players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mats Diallo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Jim Torsvik kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dum Dum Boys Athletics had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
