Gustavo Bide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Celedonio Incendio made a huge save. Celedonio Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Monico in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Bide got free with Celedonio Incendio in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Angel Leguizamón got a free kick in the 37th minute. With a little luck, POSSE 1911 FC's Celedonio Incendio got control of the ball when Justino Monico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celedonio Incendio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Bide in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Torres to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Saverio Mederi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. POSSE 1911 FC's Celedonio Incendio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Bemabe in the 56th minute of play. Celedonio Incendio came out of the goal and Angel Paez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Odilon got free with Esteve Millano in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute Esteban Llanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, Alijilán returns's Gustavo Bide made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Incendio was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Monico in the 76th minute of play forced POSSE 1911 FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Incendio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Bemabe took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Incendio. Celedonio Incendio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Celedonio Incendio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Bemabe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Monico in the 89th minute of play forced POSSE 1911 FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Incendio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Bide in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celedonio Incendio saved POSSE 1911 FC from getting behind. Celedonio Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Bide in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Alijilán returns booed when POSSE 1911 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
