Teofilo Gonsalve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Garcia in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Constantino Garcia made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. El Gallo de Moron's Teofilo Gonsalve tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, El Gallo de Moron's Romeo Timo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Romeo Timo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of El Gallo de Moron protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Romeo Timo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 28th minute Moises Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Gonsalve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Constantino Garcia took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Teofilo Gonsalve to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Plebeyos's Aldo Hitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teofilo Gonsalve. That made the score 0-8 after 81 minutes of play. 84 minutes into the match, Moises Escobar notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of El Gallo de Moron's Teofilo Gonsalve. Teofilo Gonsalve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the game, Moises Escobar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Teofilo Gonsalve was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teofilo Gonsalve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Peter in the 91st minute of the match. Teofilo Gonsalve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The El Gallo de Moron fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Plebeyos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
