Teo Cucao started the match with the kick off. Luis Baumar had great luck who in the 4thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ermegildo Pepillo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Octavio Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Luis Baumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Dimas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Luis Baumar made a huge save. After 12 played minutes Húsares got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Atauri. In the 13th minute of the match Agustin Nel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luis Baumar skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Aaron Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot. El ABUELO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Dimas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Baumar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Baumar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Pepillo in the 18th minute of play. Luis Baumar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The supporters of Húsares booed when El ABUELO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Argenis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute Ermegildo Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Baumar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Húsares's Luis Baumar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Húsares from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Baldomiro Guipuzkoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Baumar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Baldomiro Guipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Luis Baumar made a huge save. Aaron Dimas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Baumar having to interfere. Luis Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Pepillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ermegildo Pepillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Pepillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Baumar having to make a save. Eriberto Tabor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Baumar having to interfere. Luis Baumar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Húsares's Luis Baumar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Tabor in the 59th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Serafin Eskuin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El ABUELO FC and the Húsares players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serafin Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Marciano Lertxun acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ramon Abajas. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Ramon Abajas put in a rough tackle. Luis Baumar had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Agustin Nel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Celedonio Nastasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Lertxun having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Celedonio Nastasio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Húsares defense, Eriberto Tabor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Baumar. The Húsares fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Baumar should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Eriberto Tabor managed to get in a good position for a shot. El ABUELO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Tabor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a little luck, El ABUELO FC's Marciano Lertxun got control of the ball when Celedonio Nastasio tried to sneak it across the goal line. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for El ABUELO FC.
