Javier Ritchie scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonzalo Niguel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Forever Tango's Elvio Pelagius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzalo Niguel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gonzalo Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Pelagius took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzalo Niguel. Gonzalo Niguel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Celio during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Atletico Saladillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Celio to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Niguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elvio Pelagius was the one to do the kick off. Javier Ritchie took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzalo Niguel. Elpidio Quilino kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Ritchie got free with Gonzalo Niguel in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvio Pelagius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Niguel having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niceto Urritz got free with Gonzalo Niguel in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ambrosio Odon's late challenge caught a Forever Tango's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ambrosio Odon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Ambrosio Odon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Ritchie in the 80th minute of play. Jimeno Nahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Quilino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Aristides Poncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Forever Tango could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atletico Saladillo FC throughout the match.
