In the 5th minute, one of Berutti FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Berutti FC. The goalkeeper, Eustacio Piearres, was totally fooled by Sacro Balompié's Gaudencio Medero, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Pastor Nabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jaime Dantae fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berutti FC's protests and gave Jaime Dantae a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when Berutti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Dantae didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Medero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Cesar Lauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacro Balompié's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Lauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Piearres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when Berutti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Berutti FC's Eustacio Piearres got control of the ball when Gaudencio Medero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaudencio Medero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodoveo Mannie to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Reno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aaron Bernad. Sacro Balompié's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eustacio Piearres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesar Lauro in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustacio Piearres saved Berutti FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesar Lauro in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustacio Piearres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacobo Cristofol charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobo Cristofol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Jacobo Cristofol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sacro Balompié's zone, Sixto James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Bernad came out of the goal and Sixto James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesar Lauro in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustacio Piearres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Cesar Lauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustacio Piearres was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 77 minutes, Cesar Lauro made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Berutti FC's Eustacio Piearres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sacro Balompié's zone, Cesar Matthew stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Bernad came out of the goal and Cesar Matthew tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Jaime Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Steven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Piearres having to interfere. Berutti FC's Eustacio Piearres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Nabar in the 92nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Medero in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustacio Piearres saved Berutti FC from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sacro Balompié fans cheered their team off the field, for while Berutti FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
