Lorenzo Quintin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Tuste in the 2nd minute of the match. Lagrima en Jarrita's Lorenzo Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Tuste in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Bernardo Firmo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lagrima en Jarrita's Lorenzo Quintin. Lorenzo Quintin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Bernardo Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Mateo in the 18th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Clodoveo Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Quintin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Tuste in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Maximo Furtado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Clodoveo Gartxot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 35th match minute, Lagrima en Jarrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. Esteve Loren charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteve Loren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for La Mazorca. Evaristo Cidro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lorenzo Quintin. 0-4. A collision led to La Mazorca getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Maximiliano Cresencio hit a great ball. When Bernardo Firmo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the La Mazorca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Firmo couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cecilio Cordarrell was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Lagrima en Jarrita booed when La Mazorca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Cuartio in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Lagrima en Jarrita booed when La Mazorca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Kaxen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Gartxot having to interfere. Clodoveo Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Mateo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Evaristo Cidro put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Lagrima en Jarrita a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emanuel Guillelme, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of La Mazorca's Clodoveo Gartxot. 1-4. After a rather tough play, La Mazorca's Gilberto Bernat got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 66 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Cuartio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Cuartio in the 71st minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Clodoveo Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to La Mazorca getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Isidoro Tuste hit a great ball. Clodoveo Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Cuartio in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Mazorca's Isidoro Tuste got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Javier Mateo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Gartxot having to interfere. After 87 played minutes, Lagrima en Jarrita's Emanuel Guillelme shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clodoveo Gartxot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lagrima en Jarrita reached it. After 92 played minutes La Mazorca got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Firmo. 94 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Cuartio came free, but Clodoveo Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The La Mazorca supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Mazorca would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
