In the 5th match minute, DAMIAN TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Dolcet to maneuver through the defense. Celso Bilintx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Arnulfo Nuno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. DAMIAN TEAM's Faustino Lugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Bilintx in the 13th minute of play. Faustino Lugo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Bilintx's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. If Arnulfo Nuno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Leo Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fcion C.A. booed when DAMIAN TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Astudillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fcion C.A.'s Arnulfo Nuno in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Leo Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Faustino Lugo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Bilintx in the 58th minute. Saverio Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Fcion C.A.'s Lino Sanson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Fcion C.A. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Lino Sanson hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Celso Bilintx put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Faustino Lugo. Faustino Lugo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Nuno in the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Fcion C.A. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Damian Madeo hit a great ball. In the 80th minute Arnulfo Nuno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Lugo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Bilintxs short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Faustino Lugo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
