Gualterio Estebano started the match with the kick off. Ricardo Herauso struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Eliseo Abeita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PLASNIKE. After a rather tough play, Motu's Blas Florinio got a free kick in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Abreu during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Cornelio Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Hegoi in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anibal Hegoi in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseo Abeita saved Motu from getting behind. Motu's Horacio Harriet got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Horacio Harriet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ladislao Tonete, 1-0. Horacio Harriet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ladislao Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, PLASNIKE's Ricardo Herauso made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseo Abeita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Herauso struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. After 40 minutes, Leonardo Deunoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Motu and the PLASNIKE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Motu's Leonardo Deunoro got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Ricardo Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Harriet was the one to do the kick off. Motu's Eliseo Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Hegoi in the 58th minute of play. Ladislao Tonete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Artaldo in the 67th minute of the match. Eliseo Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Herauso in the 69th minute of play. Horacio Harriet took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ladislao Tonete. Ladislao Tonete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Motu getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leonardo Deunoro hit a great ball. Motu succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though PLASNIKE had controlled the match.
