Cesar Quin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Tauro in the 4th minute of play. Artemio Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Tauro got free with Cesar Quin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Papato Tatengue getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rodrigo Pacorro hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Papato Tatengue's Artemio Tauro got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Adrogue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Papato Tatengue's Artemio Tauro got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Adrogue FC's Eleuterio Sansone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelino Gaur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 40 minutes of play, Adrogue FC's Eleuterio Sansone made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelino Gaur was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Papato Tatengue players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Adrogue FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artemio Tauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Adrogue FC booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Barto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Gorka hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Eleuterio Sansone from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Marcelino Gaur's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Eleuterio Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Marcelino Gaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Papato Tatengue got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Pelagius. 74 minutes into the game, Modesto Pelagius threw the ball into play from the sideline. Adrogue FC's Moises Chumo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cesar Quin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Dodorol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Papato Tatengue getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Modesto Pelagius hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gustavo Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adrogue FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Gilabert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Gaur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrogue FC's Eleuterio Sansone got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelino Gaur was a little too slow when Gustavo Gilabert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-3. Modesto Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. A collision led to Papato Tatengue getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rodrigo Pacorro hit a great ball. The Adrogue FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Adrogue FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
