The supporters of Sarmiento de Resistencia booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. River Plate ® 9-12's Luis Gutierrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Mateus in the 83rd minute of play. Siro Elazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Gartzen came free, but Benigno Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sarmiento de Resistencia support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
