The supporters of Rejunte de perros booed when La Cosa Nostra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Marcos Otsando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Cidro skillfully saved the ball. In the 8th minute, Omar Kismi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Cosa Nostra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Osvaldo Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jaime Kauldi's late challenge caught a La Cosa Nostra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Kauldi helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Rejunte de perros got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Kauldi. Severo Qwinton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Rejunte de perros getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Enzo Txema hit a great ball. La Cosa Nostra's Rodrigo Cidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Firme in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rejunte de perros's Albino Brais got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 31st match minute, Rejunte de perros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Serafo to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 34 in the game by Severo Qwinton from a close distance when the talented Angel Pierres managed to make a qualified save. Rejunte de perros's players were relieved. In the 37th minute, Blas Firme made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Cidro. La Cosa Nostra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. La Cosa Nostra's Rodrigo Cidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Guzman in the 42nd minute of play. Rodrigo Cidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blas Firme's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Nicolas Cordarryl charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Cordarryl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to La Cosa Nostra getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Nicolas Cordarryl hit a great ball. Marcos Otsando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Cidro. La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severo Qwinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Severo Qwinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Rejunte de perros's Tiburcio Guzman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Cidro. Rodrigo Cidro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Rejunte de perros's Angel Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Qwinton in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the La Cosa Nostra defense, Tiburcio Guzman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Cidro. The La Cosa Nostra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Cidro should have stopped the shot. Omar Kismi charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Kismi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 77 minutes into the game, Blas Firme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rejunte de perros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Cosa Nostra the free kick. Angel Pierres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Qwinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 84th match minute, Rejunte de perros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Eguntsenti to maneuver through the defense. Severo Qwinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Pierres having to interfere. Rodrigo Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
