After 9 played minutes Los Liquisue FC got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Florian. 14 minutes into the match, Felipe Egun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Monico. Quilaquina AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Egun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Los Liquisue FC's Constantino Socorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Los Liquisue FC from getting a goal against them. Constantino Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Nastasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Socorro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vinicio Nastasio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. In the 28th minute Vinicio Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Florian in the 29th minute of the match. Arsenio Sanduru charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Sanduru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Arsenio Sanduru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantino Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Chorache, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Felipe Egun came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Los Liquisue FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Egun couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Nastasio in the 42nd minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Constantino Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Florian in the 43rd minute of play forced Quilaquina AFC's goalkeeper Luciano Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Nastasio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Virgilio Firme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Los Liquisue FC defense, Vinicio Nastasio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantino Socorro. The Los Liquisue FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantino Socorro should have stopped the shot. After 69 played minutes Quilaquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Federigo. In the 70th minute, Adrian Sagrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Monico was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 74 played minutes Quilaquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Federigo. Adrian Sagrario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Monico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When Vinicio Nastasio came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Quilaquina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Nastasio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Los Liquisue FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Froilan Norino hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the game, Felipe Egun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Liquisue FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilaquina AFC the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Los Liquisue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Egun to maneuver through the defense. Constantino Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Cordairo in the 88th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Liquisue FC's Felipe Egun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luciano Monico. That made the score 2-3 after 94 minutes of play. Chants of Los Liquisue FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Quilaquina AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
