Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ulises Nayely started the match with the kick off. Ignacio Elizardo scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Guillerme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cipriano Vitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Bernad having to interfere. Ignacio Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Elizardo came free, but Haroldo Guillerme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Bernad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Norino in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Los Liquisue FC got a corner. Quilaquina AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberto Atauri ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Froilan Norino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Haroldo Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Abecia in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Alberto Atauri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Liquisue FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilaquina AFC the free kick. The supporters of Quilaquina AFC booed when Los Liquisue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes, Gonzalo Peyo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Liquisue FC and the Quilaquina AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Los Liquisue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Peyo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Abecia in the 41st minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Guillerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Ignacio Elizardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilaquina AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Elizardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Quilaquina AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Abecia made a kick off. The supporters of Quilaquina AFC booed when Los Liquisue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Liquisue FC's zone, Alejo Abecia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Guillerme came out of the goal and Alejo Abecia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Los Liquisue FC's Froilan Norino got a free kick in the 58th minute. Haroldo Guillerme made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Ignacio Elizardo sent off a good shot on target. Ignacio Elizardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Haroldo Guillerme made a huge save. Cipriano Vitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Primitivo Bernad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Nayely, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Guillerme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Cordairo in the 84th minute. Gonzalo Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Gaspar Emmanuel hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Elizardo in the 94th minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Guillerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Sanduru's late challenge caught a Quilaquina AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Sanduru helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Los Liquisue FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Arsenio Sanduru hit a great ball. Haroldo Guillerme was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Virgilio Firme.
